Due to the nature of our food item, Vanilla Xtend is unable to accept returns for our products.
If your item is damaged in transit, please contact us within two (2) business days so we can promptly assist you.
Customers must notify Vanilla Xtend of any order discrepancy within two (2) business days from the delivery date so that we may investigate and resolve the situation accordingly.
